June 25 – 1: When the trains run on time

Between yesterday and today, I’ve knocked out what feels like a bagillion appointments. I’ve been to the dentist, the doctor, taken Daisy to the vet, and gotten the oil and various filters changed in the car. And every single appointment has started on time – I’ve shown up, waited a couple of minutes, and then been taken care of. This is how the world should work:  you plan ahead, make an appointment, and then whoever your appointment is with is ready when they’re supposed to be ready. But too often, it seems like they’re not ready, and then you end up waiting half an hour, or an hour, and your day slowly goes awry. So it’s been really nice to have everything go according to plan lately. (Hope I didn’t just jinx it…)
